ANTIOXIDANTS BASED ON NATURAL EXTRACTS
natural antioxidants based on synergistic blends of natural extracts mainly prevent from photochemical oxidation and allow preserve organoleptic properties of product.

A synergistic liquid blend of natural antioxidants, created on the basis of natural extract of Camellia sinensis leaf and tanning agents. It is used with a view to prevent from oxidation of fats and oils subject to high temperature thermal processes.

Synergistic liquid blend of natural antioxidants based on natural rosemary extract. It is used in oils, fats, essential oils and natural flavors in order to improve the oxidation stability of processed products.

Natural liquid blendof antioxidants based on plant extract, natural polyphenols from Rosmarinus officinalis family. It is used in oils and fats undergoing frying, meat products, snacks, essential oils and flavors in order to improve the oxidation stability of processed products.

BLENDS OF NATURAL ANTIOXIDANTS

Blend of antioxidants is recommended to prevent from enzymic oxidation of fresh fruit and vegetables, which causes unwanted changes of their color and appearance (darkening). It maintains the original freshness under controlled conditions of lighting, temperature, air and humidity. It was created on the basis of citric acid, vitamin C and inhibitors of inorganic enzymes.

NATURAL PRESERVATIVES

The range of natural preservatives includes synergistic blends of natural extracts that allow to preserve the freshness of food for longer and maintain their organoleptic properties. They repress the development of microbiological pathogens from external contaminants (salmonella, Escherichia coli, listeria, clostridia, penicillium, yeast and lactobacterium) increasing food safety.

Blend of natural preservatives, such as essential oils and distilled white vinegar is used to:
- Prolong the freshness of products: meat products and pre-prepared food (used by injection), fish, sauces and mayonnaise, pastries, etc. It helps maintain natural color.
- Escherichia coli and salmonella inhibitor in fresh products and Listeria inhibitor in cooked products.

Natural product based on essential oils, active against unwanted penicillium and yeast. It is used in the production of sausages and sausage products coating. It is an alternative to natamycin and sorbates in other food products.
